Tuition Payment Method
Please pay your tuition fees by direct debit from your bank account.
Applying for Direct Debit
- You can register your account for direct debit online via a PC or smartphone.
If you have difficulty applying online, you can apply in writing.

【For new students】
If you are enrolling in April, you will receive instructions on how to register for your university email address in June, and if you are enrolling in October, you will receive instructions in December.
Please pay the tuition fee for your forst semester using the tuition fee transfer request form enclosed with the admission procedure documents.
- The direct debit date is May 27th for the first half of the academic year and October 27th for the second half of the academic year (if this falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the direct debit will be made on the next business day).
- Please ensure that the amount equivalent to the tuition fee has been transferred to your registered account by the day before the transfer date.
- The University will bear the fee associated with the account transfer (direct debit).
- For those who have applied for a tuition fee exemption, a bank transfer request form will be sent to those who are not fully exempted after the exemption results are announced. You will need to pay via bank transfer. For information on applying for a tuition fee exemption, please see this page.
Regarding the results of direct debit
- Please check your bankbook after the transfer date. (You will not be able to make inquiries at the Accounting Division Cashier's Desk for about two weeks after the transfer date.)
- If the direct debit cannot be made due to insufficient funds, etc., we will send you a bank transfer request form at a later date.
Payment by bank transfer
- In the following cases, we will send the bank transfer request form to the student's address (in Japan) registered in the Student Affairs Information System.
【Eligible persons】
?Those who have not yet completed the account transfer (direct debit) procedure
?Those who were unable to complete the account transfer due to insufficient funds, etc.
?Those who applied for a tuition fee exemption and were not granted a full exemption - If you have changed your address, please be sure to update your address in the Student Affairs Information System.
- Please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees.
Payment from overseas
- It is also possible to pay tuition fees from overseas.
