出身の教育機関で、証明書はWeb証明書のみなど、紙媒体での発行サービスを行っていない場合
If the school which you graduated from does not issue paper certificates.

  出願期間の、遅くとも3週間前までに本学入試課に相談してください。

　Consult with TUFS's admissions office at least three weeks before the submission period begins.

※  それ以降は、本人の準備不足として処理を進めます。

※  Web証明書のみであっても、ほとんどの場合、他国の組織への提出を想定し、発行機関もしくは国においてプリントアウトしたものを認証する制度があります。その場合は認証されたものを提出してください。

｛認証されたものとして処理する書類は、原本として処理できるものの内容と同様です。｝

※If you submit later than that, we will not take any responsibility in case there is a problem.
※Even for Online certificate, most institutes authenticate printed certificate assuming that it will be submitted to foreign schools. In that case,have your printed certificate authenticated.
　｛The authenticated certificates are handled as originals.｝

  認証印の捺印がないもので認めることは、余程の事情がない限りありません。

（Web証明書については、当該国のシステムに対応するバーコードや特殊なソフトウェアをインストールして証明内容を確認する、というケースがほとんどですが、本学において、他国の証明書を確認するための特殊な機器?ソフトウェアは持っていないので、原本として機能しません。ご注意ください。）

　Accepting documents without official stamp is not common unless that is a rational reason.　　　
　Please keep in mind that regarding confirmation of the authenticity of online certificates, they are mostly checked by specific barcode or a special software in other institutes, however, TUFTS does not possess such system or software to confirm the authenticity of online certificates.
