This
dance is originally from the town of Cabugao,
situated in the Ilocos Sur province in Luzon.
In this dance, the dancers imitate the movements of the dove, wherein they make
use of their elbows to simulate the wings. While the fluffy and wide sleeves
depict the wings playfully and gracefully flapped as the dancers bite and coo.
