Lecturer HIRUTA Kei wins the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Award

On Thursday, December 19, 2024, the winners of the 21st (FY 2024) Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Awards were announced, and it was decided that TUFS lecturer, HIRUTA Kei, would receive an award.

HIRUTA Kei (Lecturer, World Language and Society Education Center, TUFS)

Research achievements that were the subject of the award:

An Integrated Approach to Totalitarianism

The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) established the JSPS Prize to support the development of academic research in Japan at the world's top level by recognizing young researchers with outstanding research abilities and creativity at an early stage, and by encouraging them to continue their research.

The award ceremony for the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Awards is scheduled to be held at the Japan Academy in February 2025.
