Associate Prof. Nishida Akiko Wins Daido Life Foundation Award for Area Studies

Associate Prof. Nishikida Aiko (Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia and Africa ) was presented the Daido Life Foundation Award for Area Studies for 'anthropological and political research on the dispersal of Palestinian refugees in the Middle East'. This award is presented to researchers making efforts towards new developments and who are predicted to play an active role in the field of area studies in the future.

The award ceremony took place on 22 ^nd July.
