TUFS Faculty Undertake Information Security Training

On Thursday 28 ^th and Friday 29 ^th of September, TUFS held an Information Security training session for all faculty members. For this training session, TUFS invited a professional from Fujitsu Kyushu System Services, and the faculty learnt about countermeasures from precedent information security incidents, with the aim of preventing information security accidents and violation of information ethics.

The importance of provisions against personal information leaks, and targeted email attacks etc. is growing, so learning the knowledge necessary to protect the university's information assets, which includes personal information, is an issue that concerns every faculty member. Aside from this training session, TUFS regularly performs information security self-examinations (through methods such as test phishing emails and online training).
