TUFS Short Stay Summer Program comes to an End

On Friday 4 ^th August, a closing ceremony was held for the Short Stay Summer Program in the Japanese Language Center for International Students, in which the 69 exchange students from the Americas, Europe, Oceania, and Asia were awarded course completion certificates.
Through this program, which is currently in its fifth year, Japanese language classes, interactive classes with TUFS undergraduate students, and extramural courses were held for the participating exchange students. Thanks to the 'International Student Support Association,' we were also able to hold events in which the students were able to try on yukata , and participate in flower arranging, tea ceremony, and calligraphy classes. Many exchange students participated in these events, and thus were able to experience traditional Japanese culture and interact with Japanese students.
