TUFS' Rowing Team Wins Fifth Place in All Japan University Rowing Championship

The 40th All Japan University Rowing Championship was held from Thursday, August 22nd to Sunday the 25th at the Toda Rowing Course in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture. TUFS 3rd year Indonesian major Yukimi IKEYAMA, who belongs to TUFS’ Rowing Team, won fifth place in the Women’s Single Sculls.
Moreover, TUFS’ team crew (4th year Italian major Itaru SATO, 3rd year Hindi major Shuichi TANI, 4th year English major Ryoga OKAGAKI, and 4th year Indonesian major Akitomo UEDA) fought a good fight and took seventh place in the Men’s Coxless Quad Scull.
