16年の課程を修了しましたが、修業年限が2年の課程を修了して学士に相当する学位を取得しました。博士前期課程の出願資格はありますか？
I have completed 16 years of educational period and completed two years of bachelor’s course to obtain a degree. Am I eligible to apply for a master’s courses?
