  ③修業年限が2年の、学部に相当する課程を修了し、学士に相当する学位を取得した後、修士課程に相当する課程に進み、その国の教育課程において16年以上の課程を修了(見込)の場合
If you have studied two years and obtained a degree that is equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and then proceeded to a course which is equivalent to master’s degree and completed (or expected to complete)16 years of educational period in your country.

  出願資格(3)に当てはまりますので、出願資格があります。

  但し、提出書類の各種証明書については、学部?修士課程両方の書類

  ({卒業/修了証明書(見込の者は在学証明書もしくは修了見込証明書)}{成績証明書}{学位取得証明書})

を用意する必要があります。（稀なケースです。）

  なお、16年目に相当する年次が修士課程修了年次ではない国の教育課程において、16年目修了見込で出願を検討する場合は、単位取得状況の確認が必要であるため、出願資格審査を申請してください。

  申請の際、学部に相当する課程の各種証明書以外に、

  ?修士課程の在学証明書もしくは年次修了見込証明書

  ?修士課程の成績証明書

も併せてご提出ください。　　　　　　　

　This case is classified as eligibility(3) you are eligible to apply for the exam.
　But in this case, you are required to submit both bachelor’s and master’s certificate of (expected) graduation, transcript(s) and certificate of degree.
