出願受付が郵送のみの試験で、郵送すると期日までに待ち合わないので窓口で受け付けてもらえますか。
My application is accepted only via post but due to the shortage of time I want to hand in to the admission office directly. Is that possible?

  郵送のみで受け付ける試験の場合は、窓口では一切受け付けません。出願の際は早めに準備を始め、必ず期日に間に合うように発送してください。

　If the application is accepted only by post, you cannot submit it over the counter. Prepare your application in advance so as to keep the deadline.
