募集要項に「｛日付｝以前の発信局消印がある書留郵便に限り受け付ける」と書いてありますが、どういう意味ですか。
The admission information mentions that "We accept registered mails only if they have postmark before the due date."What does this mean?

  「（郵便事故等を考慮し、）｛日付｝以前に郵便局で書留郵便による発送処理をしたものは、締切日以降にも受け付ける」という意味です。

  発送処理が完了した日付は、郵便局で押印される消印（切手を使用済みにするための印）の日付で確認するため、このような記載にしています。
