  検定料を支払い、期間内に書類が本学へ到着をしたとしても、書類不備があった場合は受理できません。

  出願期間締切直前に提出をして、不備が締切時刻までに解消できない書類不備があった場合、どのような理由があっても受理しません。早い時期であれば、期間内に不備を解消することができる可能性が高くなるため、おすすめしています。

  なお、検定料は支払ったが、ご自身で不備に気づくなどして、最終的に出願しなかった場合は、すぐに入試課までお知らせください。また検定料の支払いの際に取得した収納証明に係るものは捨てないよう、ご注意ください。　　　

　Even if you pay the application fee and your application is received on time, if your papers are incomplete they can be rejected. 　　　

　Suppose you submit your documents right before the deadline but the papers were incomplete. In such case, your application is rejected under any reason unless you succeed to provide the rest of documents on time. If you can submit your application earlier, you can afford the time to correct your documents before the deadline. 　　　

　After you have paid the application fee if you decide to decline your application due to some incomplete documents, notify the admission office as soon as possible. Do not get rid of the receipt which is a proof of your payment.
