出身の教育機関に、出願に間に合うように証明書の発行依頼をしていなかった場合
Due to applicant’s negligence if a certificate is submitted after deadline by applicant's Alma Mater.

　本人の準備不足として、不受理になります。出身の教育機関の営業日などの都合であっても同様です。　

　但し、手元にコピーがある場合は、本学入試課に相談してください。

※出願開始日直前に卒業?修了したことにより、出願時に既卒の状態での証明書を提出できない場合も、事前に入試課へ相談するようにしてください。

　Due to applicant’s negligence, if a certificate is submitted after deadline by applicant's Alma Mater, the submission will be turned down. The same rule is applied if applicant's Alma Mater is closed due to its nonbusiness days.

　If you have a copy of your certificate, consult with the admissions office.

※ If you have just graduated and you have not obtained your certificate yet, consult with the admission office in advance.
