I am Toose Muzungaile, a graduate student from the university of Zambia. My field of study is human nutrition. Nutrition is a field that has no boundaries, as it cuts across all cultures.Participating in the ISEP at TUFS is important for me as it will give me an opportunity to interact with fellow students from all over the globe, and help me become a more globally conscious and caring citizen back in Zambia. It will change my way of thinking, open new horizons and let me learn social and culture aspects and how I can apply them in my field of study. It will also give me an opportunity to learn and to share knowledge with others based on what I have studied and my experience in my field of study.

I would never say anything about my coming to TUFS without expressing gratitude to the Inter-University Exchange Project-Africa (IAfP) project and the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) for actualising my dream. This is a life changing opportunity for me which I do not take for granted.
While at TUFS, I look forward to learning a lot in serene, state of the art and appropriately located environment.
